Services

Our projects are built with three goals in mind:

VERBED Goals

1

Create a positive first impression to boost credibility and brand

VERBED Goals

2

Tell a compelling story that is easily understood and remembered

VERBED Goals

3

Engage the audience and evoke action towards the desired outcome

Process

The process varies slightly depending on the type of collateral, however the broad strokes are:

1

1. Contract

The contract is signed. Rest assured, everything discussed will remain confidential.

2. Strategy Workshop

Clear strategic thinking is the cornerstone of all VERBED projects. The purpose of this 45 - 60 minute in-person/over-the-phone workshop is to understand both the big picture and the details.

3. Story and Visual Development

All of the information is condensed to produce a succinct and memorable narrative that is customized to your objectives and target audience. We then incorporate visuals that support the story and capture the audience’s attention.

4. Initial and Final Drafts

Once an initial draft is drawn up, we jump into a collaborative back-and-forth to refine the project. We ensure that the language, tone and visuals fit the brand so that what it says, how it says it, and how it looks, all adds up.

5. Final Review

We do a final review together to ensure you are happy/excited/giddy with the final product.

What factors influence price?

Prelimenary work:

Help us to understand the content by avoiding vague and incomplete information. Send us a usable outline in PowerPoint format.

Complexity:

Demystify complex content early on. Reduce the need to decipher paragraphs and diagrams, as well as non-necessary words and visuals.

Turnaround Time:

Give us 3 weeks minimum. Projects completed in 10 business days or less will be considered rush projects and priced accordingly.

Animations:

Keep it simple. Sophisticated animations and transitions distract the audience from you and your message.

Number Of Slides:

Less is more. We recommend short and concise collateral to amplify your message rather than overshadow it.

Revisions & Approvals:

Clearly outline the revision and approval process in advance. Keep the number of people involved to a minimum.
