Overview
A well-known global parenting-products brand, whose carriers are used by millions of parents worldwide, was preparing for one of the company's most consequential moments: a company rebrand alongside a reshaped product lineup, with new and updated products launching as others were retired. The brand had to show its global retail partners why the evolving lineup deserved continued shelf space and investment, and show parents why retiring some products and refreshing others delivered real gains in safety and everyday use. Weaving brand, product, and strategy into one cohesive story for both internal teams and B2B partners was proving difficult for the client's internal marketing team.
The Mandate
VERBED partnered with the brand to reimagine its core presentations, shifting the emphasis from the products themselves to what the changes meant for the people who use them and the partners who sell them. We simplified the story to its most persuasive elements and gave it design that amplified the brand's benefits and market-leading position and brought its new design language to life. Every evolution in the lineup was tied to customer feedback and a concrete benefit, so partners could see the strategy behind the refresh and parents could see the value in it.
Outcome
The presentations were used across markets and teams and praised for both design and storytelling, and one of the launched products has since been recognised as the best in its category. The brand reported stronger internal alignment and greater engagement from its retail partners around the rebrand and the new lineup.
